Jack Rose — a revival of the nationally acclaimed Maramor restaurant of the 1920s, reimagines one of Columbus’s most pioneering dining destinations, where a women-led kitchen and a focus on fresh, nourishing cuisine helped redefine restaurant operations in the city.

This archival creation is composed of apple-infused Maker’s Mark, Laird’s Applejack, Lemon, Lime, and Grenadine, capturing a vibrant chapter of the restaurant’s storied past.

Casablanca Fog — a revival from the legendary Chittenden Hotel, reimagines one of Columbus’s most imaginative lost spaces, where pagoda roofs, hidden catacombs, and opulent dining once defined the skyline.

This archival creation blends Hornitos Blanco Tequila, kiwi, kefir, and agave into a drink that’s equal parts story and spirit.

We are proud to introduce Lost Cocktails of Columbus: a limited-time menu inspired by twelve iconic, now-closed bars and restaurants that helped shape our city’s dining scene.

Each cocktail is a reimagined classic, bringing the flavors, stories, and spirit of these beloved spots back to life. This menu is a tribute to the people, neighborhoods, and history that made Columbus what it is today.

Adding to the experience, Columbus-based illustrator Fiona Miller has created stunning custom artwork for each cocktail, blending her signature hand-drawn and digital style to capture the architecture and character behind every story.

Guests enjoyed an evening where refined flavors met playful discovery, and elevated craftsmanship unfolded in every detail.
