Enjoy some spooky stories with local author, Jake C. Rudquist, tonight at 7 pm! Jake will be reading an excerpt from his book, "We're All Dead Here", and a selection of "Scary Stories". He will also have some books here to purchase should the spirit move you. 👻

About the author:
Jake C. Rudquist is the author of the acclaimed middle-grade horror novel, We're All Dead Here, which follows two 12-year-old ghosts, a boy and a girl, as they navigate the dangers of the spirit world. It was a 2026 Featured Book in Vivant Magazine, a 2025 Best Book of the Summer in Resident Magazine, and earned the coveted "Get It" recommendation from Kirkus Reviews. The novel was written for middle-grade readers because that's the age when Rudquist most loved to read, with the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark series amongst his favorites.

FREE to attend, and we hope to see you soon!
