Big news for Saeso.
After five unforgettable years, we’re proud to pass the torch to Saeso’s new ownership team, owners Evan Wallis and Hannah Wheatley—two people who have been part of Saeso’s story since the very beginning.
Evan helped shape Saeso in its first year behind the bar, creating some of our all-time favorite cocktails, while he and Hannah brought their multi-talented food and beverage experience to early pop-ups. There is truly no better team to carry this forward.
“Saeso feels like an instant classic, the kind of place that seems like it’s always been there,” say Wallis and Wheatley. “It’s a full circle moment to be back in OTR and we’re excited for the next chapter.”
Their future plans include building upon the same European-inspired concept with small bites, more pop-ups, and new cocktails and beers.
Tonight (Saturday 3/28) will be our last service as the owners of Saeso! Come have a drink with us as we get ready to step into our new role as regulars.
Lastly, we just want to thank all of our team members, past and present, for making Saeso what it is today.
And to our guests! You guys are the best. We know you’ll welcome Evan and Hannah just as warmly as you did us when we opened back in 2020.
