The final details of the auction of The Blue Wisp are as follows:

ABSOLUTE AUCTION

SEPTEMBER 14, 2015

THE BLUE WISP

700 RACE STREET

REGISTRATION AT 2:30 P.M.

AUCTION BEGINS AT 3:00 P.M.

Pursuant to orders of the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Case No. 1405261 (Honorable John Andrew West presiding), the remaining assets of The Blue Wisp, LLC ("Blue Wisp") are to be liquidated and the proceeds thereof collected and deposited with the Court.

The undersigned hereto has been appointed as Receiver of the Blue Wisp and charged by the Court with liquidating said assets in an appropriate manner. As such, the remaining assets of the Blue Wisp are to be sold and liquidated by ABSOLUTE AUCTION on the date, time and location ("Site") specified above and subject to the following:

1. Any party wishing to participate in the ABSOLUTE AUCTION herein shall register beginning at 2:30 p.m. at the Site. Please have valid identification and ability to complete any negotiated transaction(s). Registration ends at 2:55 p.m.

2. All sales are final and any property transferred through the ABSOLUTE AUCTION is accepted by the Bidder/Buyer "As is".

3. The specific items of tangible and intangible property up for ABSOLUTE AUCTION are as follows:

A. Framed photographs (Approximately 60) of national and local musicians performing that were collected by successive owners of the Blue Wisp throughout the years; and

B. Any and all intellectual property rights relating to the Blue Wisp, including, but not limited to, assignment of the name registration issued by the Ohio Secretary of State's office (effective until 2019), facebook/social media and the company's registered domain name/website and other intangibles.

4. The assets described in 3(A) and (B) shall be sold in bulk to one (1) buyer, individual or business, and appropriate documentation including asset assignments and bills of sale shall be provided in exchange for payment of the securing auction bid to the Receiver at the time of sale.

5. No property shall be transferred nor deemed sold unless and until payment in the amount of the winning bid. Acceptable forms of payment include credit cards (any charges added to sale price), bank/cashier's check and personal checks. The Receiver will not accept cash.

As many of you know, The Blue Wisp Jazz Club sadly closed and the affairs of the business are being wound up through the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (Judge West).

My name is Andrew Green (Attorney/CPA) and I have been appointed by Judge West to serve as Receiver for the Blue Wisp. At this point, my primary duty is to sell the remaining assets of the business and submit the proceeds thereof to the Court for distribution in accordance with applicable Ohio statutes.

Sometime this week, I will be announcing an auction time, date and location which will likely be in the second week of September. Publication of the auction will be through social media, the company's website and local news organizations.

I will update the status here with further information and encourage all to share so that former customers and fans of The Blue Wisp Jazz Club can participate as desired.
