Brightside Lounge 2026 ISPA State Pool team. Left to right: Rich Hinkhouse, Gary Borcherding, Dave Plagman, Dave Pearson- world record holder pool player and cue maker, Stan Mauer, and Jeff Tharp.
Gary did well in singles play, getting in to the 3rd round before bowing out, placing in the money. Rich and Jeff placed in the 64 team 10 Ball tourney with a 9th place finish and got in the money. The entire team played well in Team play with over 220 teams, pulling off 3 straight wins in the loser’s bracket after losing first match.
Lost in the 5th match, just out of the money.
What a great time with some amazing and fun people!

WOW WHAT A WILD GAME FEED/FISH FRY THIS YEAR!
From Perch,Crappie, Bluegill to deer loin medallions in red wine, bacon wrapped Turkey tenders, wild hog with chipotle sauce, Oryx and Bison sliders, Elk Stroganoff, Pheasant on wild rice!!!
Along with the staple awesome potato salad and baked beans it was an awesome spread!
Thanks to all the outdoorsmen for sharing their game!!
