Our Smoked Salmon Tartine stacks sesame sourdough and whipped fromage under ribbons of smoked salmon. Finished off with capers and freshly chopped onion and parsley, it’s dangerously easy to order twice.

El Veneno x Emmy Lou’s Girl Dinner: complete!

Monday night was absolutely unreal and we had soooooo much fun.

Chef Kimmy showed up and showed out. She helped us put Mexican cuisine front and center with a menu that was bold, flavorful, and loved by every guest who tasted it. 🌮

Can’t get enough of Girl Dinner? Neither can we!

Chef Brittany Cochran is joining Chef Adriana Cavazos
in our kitchen on November 16th from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, bringing her “cooking from the heart” philosophy with her.

Growing up in rural Ohio, Chef Cochran learned how to hunt, fish, and forage from her grandparents: a hands-on upbringing that inspired her approach to cooking. She brings extensive experience from premier dining spots, including Restaurant Marc Forgione in New York City, and was recently featured on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 23.

Now, as Executive Chef at Stagioni: Four Seasons of Food right here in Charlotte, she pairs classic Italian technique with fresh, surprising twists. November will be here before we know, so we suggest you mark your calendars for this very special evening. No tickets or reservations required - see you soonnnnnn!
