Domaine Vacheron is one of the most renowned wineries in the Sancerre, famous for their exceptional Sauvignon Blanc, but did you know they also make a delicious rosé!? This is one of our favorite rosés, not just in France, but in the world! Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it’s dry and has a silky texture, with notes of strawberries, raspberries, peaches, and cream.

This is a wine we look forward to every year, and we finally have it on the menu! So, if you’re looking for break from the Summer heat and humidity, stop by and let us pour you a glass! See you soon!

We have a few fun and delicious new Italian wines on the menu we’re excited to share with you! 🇮🇹🍷

Cos Pithos Bianco is a renowned orange wine from Sicily that tastes of dried apricot, orange peel, and white flowers—this one caters to both those who love or who have never had orange wine!

Speaking of famous wineries, we’re also pouring Nervi-Conterno’s rosato by the glass. Dry, with notes of strawberries, blood orange, and minerals, it’s a perfect rosé for these hotter summer days!

Lastly, we have Quintodecimo, and though they were only founded in 2001, they’ve quickly become a benchmark producer in Campania. Their Greco di Tufo is drinking beautifully right now—ripe apricots, quince, and a flinty savory finish, it’s currently amongst our favorites on the list!

One of the best ways to cool off in the Summer is with a glass of sparkling rosé, and this one by Los Bermejos in the Canary Islands is one of our favorite annual releases!

It’s dry, with notes of wild strawberries, minerals, and a little bit of flint from the volcanic soils of Lanzarote. We’re currently pouring it by the glass, bottle, and as a part of one of our seasonal tastings, available seven days a week! Cheers! 🥂☀️
