Chicken Tikka Masala is never subtle.

A luxurious rush of spice at the first bite, a silken, spiced creaminess at its core, and naan that lingers long after, collecting every trace with quiet devotion.

Nothing about it whispers, and it was never meant to.

There’s balance in Kronos.

Bitterness softened by sweetness. Depth lifted by brightness. Each sip moves seamlessly between the two, unfolding with quiet complexity from beginning to end.

Steak skewers, straight from the flame.

Smoke on the surface, heat running through. Bright chimichurri cuts the richness. Corn brings soft sweetness. Fresh herbs lift it. Onion adds bite. Jalapeño finishes clean.

Fire, balance, timing on a stick.

These tables have seen Chandler at its most honest.

After-work unwinds, joyful celebrations, familiar faces in familiar seats. Conversations that start casual and end up meaning more than expected.

And somehow, it always feels like there’s one more story left in the room.

Hera is structure in liquid form.
Bayab rose opens softly. Elicser and citrus bring sharp clarity. Orgeat adds depth. Egg white smooths it into silk. Rose water leaves a quiet trace.

Nothing in the glass is accidental.
Every layer shifts the next. Every choice removes what does not belong.

Feta cheesecake forms the base. Brown butter honey brings the heat. Phyllo, pistachio, and sesame hold it all together from first bite to last.

sits in the heart of Chandler’s historic core.

A city built on character, brick by brick, where old streets hold their shape and new stories continue to unfold within them.

We are part of that rhythm. A place where people gather, where nights unfold at their own pace, and where conversation and connection shape the experience.

Chandler sets the backdrop. We carry the story forward.

Oysters, clams, wagyu, semifreddo, and pours to carry the evening.

For our Pours & Plates dinner on Wednesday April 29th, beer moves beyond the glass and into the rhythm of the menu.

The evening begins bright and briny, with coastal flavors and crisp pours setting the tone. From there, the courses move into deeper, more savory territory, where beer broth, wagyu, and bold Coronado selections bring richness, spice, and contrast to the table.

To close, tropical fruit, chamoy, tamarind, and cider carry the final course into something bright, tart, and a little unexpected.
