This weekend, we’re pouring our way through Italy with three specials made for lingering a little longer: Shrimp Fra Diavolo, Ribeye with mushroom risotto, and Panna Cotta to finish.

Each one has a w**e pairing, because we would never make you choose dinner without introducing you to the right bottle.
