To the man who can get down on the dance floor and throw down in the kitchen…
Today we say a bittersweet goodbye to our kitchen manager, an absolute powerhouse here at Sacred Cow.
Thank you for the countless early mornings and the late-night rushes…and everything in-between. You poured your heart into this kitchen, the restaurant and everything you did every day. We cannot thank you enough.
You led by example and gained every single staff members respect over the years. You kept the crew calm when tickets poured out of that printer on our busiest nights and you set the highest of standards for every single plate that went through that window.
You always kept servers and FOH on their toes and always guessing when it came to your sarcasm 😂 is Corey joking or is he really pi**ed?! You have a good poker face, that’s for sure!
I am especially going to miss our morning pow-wows, bouncing ideas off of each other and having you at the table during our meetings every week.
The kitchen won’t be the same without hearing your voice back there calling out tickets “two burgers and a fry just walked in!”, your jokes, your stories, your music…
I am going to speak for both BOH and FOH when I say that we are so grateful for everything you have built here and we wish you the absolute best in your next chapter. Wherever you go, they will be lucky to have you ❤️
You will always be a part of our family here at the cow and we are going to miss you. 🐮
