Here's a first look at the menu for our upcoming Tequila Ocho Dinner, a one-night-only event built entirely around one idea.

Most tequila is a blend, agave gathered from fields across a region. Tequila Ocho does something different: every bottle comes from a single, named field, harvested in a single year. Think of it like a single-vineyard w**e, but for tequila.

Chef Christopher Nicosia built four courses around that concept, each paired with a different expression of Ocho — from Reposado through Extra Añejo. Grilled octopus taco, Iberico pork tenderloin, roasted duck breast, and a dark chocolate tart to finish.

Join us Saturday, August 8 at 6:00 PM. $145 per person, tax and gratuity included. We're keeping the evening intimate, so seating is limited — reserve your seat today.
