This past Saturday, we had the privilege of hosting our Train the Trainer meeting, bringing together a select group of team members who have consistently demonstrated the qualities of exceptional leaders, mentors, and trainers.
Each attendee was hand-picked by leadership for their natural ability to inspire others, lead by example, and help their teammates succeed. Throughout the day, participants engaged in interactive lessons, collaborative discussions, and valuable leadership insights shared by experienced members of our organization.
We're proud to announce that every attendee successfully completed the program and earned the title of Certified Trainer. To celebrate their achievement, each new trainer received their official Certified Trainer patch along with exclusive trainer gear including aprons, chef coats, and other swag.
Investing in our people is one of the most important things we do, and we're excited to see these new Certified Trainers continue to grow as leaders while helping develop the next generation of talent across our restaurants.
