Happy Midwest Fire Fest Weekend, you beautiful pyromaniacs.

If your plans today involve fire, explosions, questionable decisions, and sunscreen applied 45 minutes too late… you’re doing it right.

When you’re done roasting yourself like a gas station hot dog, come cool off at Cash & Olive’s.

BAR BINGO starts at 2pm.

Jen and Courtney had to leave town unexpectedly, which means today’s bingo caller is a complete mystery. Could be a staff member. Could be a regular. Could be a raccoon in a visor. At this point, we’re all finding out together.

Either way, jelly beans are on the line.

Today’s special is our WTF Quesadilla:
Honey Sriracha Chicken, black bean and corn salsa, green hatch chiles, and fresh Wisconsin mozzarella. Served with crema and pickled red onions because apparently we’re fancy now.

And yes, the Swamp Water Slushies are flowing.

Nobody knows exactly what’s in swamp water. Science has tried. The DNR has questions. All we know is it’s cold, delicious, and significantly safer than drinking actual swamp water.

FISH FRY FRIDAY.

The most sacred Wisconsin holiday that somehow happens every week.

Early Bird Fish Fry runs 11–4pm for the retirees, the shift workers, and anyone who understands that fish tastes better when you don’t have to wait for it.

At 4pm, our Catch of the Day rolls in looking expensive:

Swordfish fillet served over a Mediterranean medley cream sauce. Fancy enough to impress your date. Even if your date is just you avoiding laundry.

Not feeling swordfish? We still have:

Every fish dinner comes with a trip to our fresh salad bar because adding lettuce to your plate makes dessert basically free.

Tapas & Bubbles Tuesday is back, which means it’s time to put on your fancy pants, order champagne, and absolutely behave like you don’t own any.

Today’s featured tapa is our House Smoked Trout Dip — fresh Lake Michigan trout blended with cream cheese, Wisconsin parmesan, house spices, hot honey, and pistachios. It’s smoky, creamy, a little sweet, and more well-rounded than most of our exes.

Can’t commit? Neither can half this town. Grab a combo platter and sample your way through our house-made appetizers like the culinary commitment-phobe you are.
