YAY! FOOTBALL!

It is Sunday. Sun is shining. Football is playing. We are serving.

Come on in for some brunch and stay for prime rib!

Brunch is 11 am - 2 pm, happy hour 2-5 pm, prime rib 4:30 pm until we (maybe) sell out.

Everyone has their story for what they were doing on 9/11, and we'd like to share ours -

Tim - I was 24 at the time, when my girlfriend woke me up to come watch the news. I could not believe what I was watching as the first tower was on fire and then a plane flew into the second building. I was heartbroken. I was working as a chef at a restaurant in Scottsdale, at the time, and had to go to work. I thought it would be really slow since I figured everyone would be home. I was wrong. The restaurant was filled. I think people wanted to be together, to feel closeness, to mourn in a space that was familiar with their friends and the staff they knew.

Christine - I had just flown back to college at Arizona State University after being in Colorado for my 21st birthday and my cousin's wedding. A friend wouldn't stop calling that morning. I finally answered. He yelled, "Turn on the TV!" I did. The destruction was occurring before my eyes. I watched while I got ready for class. After class, my group of friends decided to meet at a bar so we could all be together. I remember feeling uneasy being out and there was an uncomfortable quietness as we walked outside, but we went to a bar a friend managed. It felt comforting to be together in a safe space with people we loved.

We share these stories because we know the value of having somewhere to be with friends and loved ones. Having a place to gather in the good, bad and scary times.

We honor those who died that day and days after and we encourage everyone to come together with love and compassion.

We hope we never witness such a tragedy again, but if you ever need a space to shelter in or celebrate, we are here for you.

While Chef Chris is on a much-deserved vacation, Tim is handling the Friday Fish
Dinner Special! Woo! No pressure, Tim ; )

Tim has a Mahi Mahi prepped, which is gluten free - potato crusted Mahi Mahi, smoked tomato jus, spinach, bacon, chanterelle mushrooms, tomato chips, and cilantro pistou. Available after 4:30 pm - as is the Prime Rib Dinner.

Kick off the weekend with our happy hour food special items and drink specials - 2-5 pm.

And now, it is FRIDAY! Wooooo hooooo!

Before we get to Friday Night Fish Dinner Special, we want to let everyone know that we are closing at 3 pm, on this Sunday, to celebrate the NST staff. We will have normal business hours on Monday.

Tonight, Chef Chris has Grouper (GF) for you all - lemon pepper seared grouper over a carrot and parsnip puree - with mango chili fruit leather, toasted cashew and sundried tomato salad, tomato vinaigrette, and sundried tomato powder - yum - yum!

You know the drill - fish dinner and prime dinner available at 4:30 pm, happy hour 2-5 pm, awesomeness all day!

It’s here, everyone! College football! CU kicks off the season tonight at 6 pm 🏈🏈🏈

And we have a fun salad to accompany game watching - BBQ Chicken Salad - grilled bbq chicken breast with to***co onions, on top of chopped romaine with roasted corn, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and cheddar cheese tossed in a bbq ranch dressing. Available after 4:30.
