A New Chapter at VINCA Arista

We’re very happy to share what has been happening at VINCA Arista.

We recently welcomed Collin Forinash as our new Head Chef, and together we’ve created a new menu centered around fresh, seasonal ingredients, Modern European flavors, and food that feels both refined and generous.

Guests are already discovering some favorites, including our Chicken Piccata with lemon-caper butter and orzo, traditional Vienna Schnitzel, and Seared Scallops with mushroom & pea risotto.

But this new chapter is about more than a menu.

We are renewing our focus on what we want VINCA Arista to represent: genuine European hospitality, thoughtful cooking, and wine that is meant to be discovered, shared, and enjoyed.
