Our next stop in the DEEP DIVE series is a long overdue one. We will be focusing on Speyside; the rich history, the complex flavors, and the modern market. Starting tomorrow, Friday March 27, The Burns Pub will be serving water upon request only. It will not be automatically set on the table with seating as in the past. Colorado often struggles with water supply under normal circumstances but with this drought upon us we have decided to be proactive. Thank you for your support!
