SPLIT THE STACK | STOUT | 4.1% ABV

Split the Stack is built for fall weather.

STS is a 4.1% dry Irish stout that’s deep on flavor but sessionable. It pours midnight black with ruby edges and a cream-colored head, finishing crisp and mineral.

Floor-malted, English-grown Maris Otter, flaked barley, and roasted barley give it a silky, clean malt profile. RI-grown Comet hops from Huntinghouse Hopyard and our proprietary blend of two ale yeasts add a clean bitterness that complements the fruity, malt-forward character of the style.

This one was brewed with our friends at Craft Collective Homegrown Distribution.

We’re gearing up for our 5th Anniversary next month and saying HELLO to the b**r that started it all.

Soul intact and slightly modernized, Hello, My Name is Piviotal is back for its glorious return. Pouring a hazy sunburst orange, Hello bursts with aromas of fresh pineapple, lychee, mango, and Juicy Fruit. This DDH DIPA is packed with Mosaic, Alora, Idaho 7, and Mosaic Cryo hops, creating the signature juicy, tropical punch notes. And at 7.7% ABV, it drinks smooth and tastes like the Tang those astronauts used to drink. Drink it fresh! It is wicked good!

Spooky season is officially in session at Pivotal. 🎃

We’ve got Halloween festivities happening over the next 3 weekends, for the grown ups, kids, and of course, the pups.

Sun, Oct 18, 4 to 5 PM Storytime with Mrs. Katz and Her Hats. Dress the kiddos in costume and join us for a special Halloween storytime. Tricks and treats will be plentiful. And yes, Mrs Katz will be donning her favorite festive hats.

Sun, Oct 25, 2 to 4 PM Howl-O-Ween for pups. Dress your 4-legged in costume, make sure it’s good enough for them to hate you, and join us for some tasty treats. WOOF! WOOF! Pet Boutique will be here with their photo booth and loads of goodies for the four-legged crowd.

We’re also a stop on the Bristol Halloween Walkabout, so bring the kids and come grab a b**r and a break from the door to door. We’ll have plenty of sugar to send them home with.

Fri, Oct 30, 6 - 10 PM Halloween Alley, our annual Halloween party with our neighbors, O’Brien & Brough. Basil & Bunny has the grub covered, DJ Justin Hubbard is spinning vinyl, a medium, tarot card reader, and astrologer will be on hand doing readings, and we’ve got plenty of festive Halloween drinks to go around. Costume encouraged.

Sat, Oct 31, 6 to 10 PM Skeletons in the Closet, featuring Ramble On Rose, a Grateful Dead tribute band, plays Halloween night. Time to let the skeletons out and wear whatever’s been hiding in your closet.
