It’s that time of year. Sign up now to guarantee your spot. Competitors need to sign up and pay fee by July 15th. Last year was great besides the weather which was terribly hot. This year is much better we are looking at a high of 78 with a low of 68. If your not cooking stop by to enjoy some great food.

The last three days have been a total nightmare with no electricity. The ride was terrible. I’m so glad it’s over. I actually started crying to the Com -Ed man and gave him a hug. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to John Wiedow ,Blue Island Police Department, my Staff and my supportive customers. This Community is so compassionate it’s a pleasure having a business here. Thank you to everyone.

Last night was a wonderful evening seeing old faces during the great performance of The Juke Shakers. I would also like to thank Fat Johnnies Daughter for her great food. Most of all I would like to thank my incredible staff, scheduled to work or not they all jumped in were needed. Thank you to everyone for making last night a great memory.
