A 12oz bone-in pork chop, finished with chipotle butter that melts right into every bite. Our signature potato pavé brings those buttery, delicate layers with a perfectly crisp exterior, while honey-glazed carrots add just enough sweetness to bring everything together.

They really are as good as they look. Our Thai-inspired Lettuce Wraps are loaded with savory ground pork, crisp carrots, radish, fresh cilantro, and cashews, all tucked into crunchy lettuce cups. Fresh, flavorful, and a little messy in the best way

It’s technically an appetizer, but sharing is optional 😆

A house-blend elk + bacon patty stacked with pepperjack, crispy onion straws + drunken cherry spread on Texas toast.
