Hey everyone, here’s an update on the Golf Scramble. We have 34 teams signed up and we can’t take anymore and it’s a huge increase from last year’s 20. Due to the large amount of teams, were asking that the team rep or each team member come into the brewery on Wednesday June 10th from 4:30-8:00 pm to pick up their swag bag and pay their registration fee if they haven’t done so already and purchase mulligans if you haven’t done so as well.

Thursday June 11th
8-11 am is the pre scramble warm up at the brewery, we will have drink specials, plenty of desserts, egg back and a whole lot of fun!

11am show up at Apple Creek Country Club
Last minute registration. Furry Friends will have a putting for booze on the practice putting green. Doll Distributing will also be there providing samples. We have 30+ silent auction items to bid on.

11:45 line up for a group photo immediately followed by a dedication to Mandy Metzger Kist and Ty giving his final golf instructions

12:00 Tee Off

This year we have many hole sponsors on the course and Puklick Chevrolet is sponsoring a Hole-In-One on hole 4.

Finish up around 5:30 pm
Head into the club house for a streak dinner, award ceremony.

Awards:
1st Place Team: $200
Best Dressed Team (Golfers vote on this): Fireball
Random Team Winner: F***y Packs
Longest Drive (Male/Female): Gift Cards
Longest Putt (Male/Female): Gift Cards

We will also have a 50/50 raffle, door prizes and much much more its going to be a great day!!!

Gideon’s is looking to hire a beertender/support staff

It pays about $24/hr - $10/hr plus tips ($14/hr tip average), the environment is great, and the guests are honestly awesome to hang out with. You’re not dealing with food at all — Fireflour takes care of their menu on their own, you just toss the trash. There is no crazy cocktails to make. We basically just pour beer and engaged the guests. Side work is minimal: simple cleaning, restocking, nothing wild.

Schedule-wise, it’s mostly:
Mon–Thurs 3:30–11,
Fridays 2:30 to around midnight,
Saturdays 10:30 to around midnight,
Fri/Sat have an open, mid, and close shift.
