COPY CAT TUESDAY IS ABOUT TO GET OUTTA HAND. 😂

Y’all asked what was next… well, apparently we’ve decided to turn Oscar’s Below the Pit into Waffle House for a night.

BREAKFAST FOR DINNER — FIREPIT STYLE.

And we didn’t half-step it.

- THE ALL-STAR FIREPIT — $15
Waffle, eggs, smoked meat, hash browns & Texas toast.

- SMOTHERED PIT HASH — $18
Crispy hash browns loaded with brisket, grilled onions, cheese & jalapeños.

- THE 2AM PATTY MELT — $16
Double beef, grilled onions, American cheese & Texas toast.

- And Oscar’s is getting involved too — grab the Evil Bean Breakfast Drink to wash the whole bad decision down. 😂

Yeah… we said it.

SMOKED PRIME RIB
Reverse seared.
Yes, you can add a lobster tail.
Yes, $39 is the real price.
And yes… we think it’s the BEST prime rib in Bismarck.

Think somebody in town does it better?

We’re smoking it low and slow, then reverse searing it to finish — big crust, juicy center, and that Firepit smoke where it belongs.

We talked about it. We played with it. We tested it. Now it’s time for y’all to tell us if we nailed it. 😂

This Tuesday, Firepit-Cane takes over Oscar’s Below the Pit. Chicken fingers, crinkle fries, Texas toast, slaw, that Fire-Cane Sauce, loaded bowls, sandwiches, fresh-squeezed lemonade and Fruity Pebble Rolls.

And YES — you can absolutely get it TO GO. Grab a box and take it home. We don’t care where you eat it… we just need you to eat it and tell us what you think. 😂

But understand one thing:

THIS IS COPY CAT NIGHT. NOT THE NEW MENU.

So if you sit home Tuesday thinking, “I’ll try it next week…” and then come looking for Fire-Cane on Wednesday…

COPY CAT TUESDAY: RAISING CANE’S EDITION!

They built an empire selling chicken fingers… so naturally, we had to see what all the fuss was about. 😂

This Tuesday, tomorrow we’re taking on the whole box:

- Hand-breaded chicken fingers
- Crinkle-cut fries
- Texas toast
- Cole slaw
- And our own Firepit dipping sauce

Yep. We made the whole damn thing. 😂

Now the only question is… HOW DOES OURS STACK UP?

Come compare for yourself. We ain’t scared.
