What a way to close out the season. 🥃

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our final Supper Club of the season at Scotch & Soda. We were honored to welcome Matt Jacquinot from Holladay Distillery, whose passion for whiskey and Missouri bourbon made for an unforgettable evening. Holladay Distillery, located in Weston, Missouri, is one of the oldest distilleries west of the Mississippi and is known for its Bottled-in-Bond bourbons and deep whiskey-making heritage.

Thank you to Chef Cheyenne and sous Chef Ruth and beverage director and manager Eric McKinney for making the night extra memorable. Cheers yall and see you at the bar!

June 7th marks our final Supper Club of the season, and we’re ending on a high note.

This month, we’re honored to welcome Matt Jacquinot of Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. As National Brand Specialist and National On-Premise Specialist, Matt has represented one of America’s most historic whiskey distilleries at premier events including Tales of the Cocktail and Aspen Food & Wine. With an extensive background in bartending, management, purchasing, and hospitality throughout Kansas City, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge, stories, and bourbon expertise to the table.

The evening begins with cocktail hour and an optional Holladay Bourbon tasting, followed by a five-course dinner from Chef Cheyenne Evans. Guests may also add a curated cocktail pairing experience for $35 per person, with cocktail service available throughout the evening.

Menu:
• Amuse | Grilled New Zealand Mussel
• First Course | Shrimp, gnocchi, snap peas, tarragon pea cream
• Second Course | Potato croquette, beef tartare
• Third Course | Spring panzanella salad with crab, snap peas, asparagus, cucumber & mozzarella
• Fourth Course | Lamb lollipop, pea purée, potatoes & pearl onion
• Fifth Course | Stone fruit tart

S&S Supper Club — June 7th!

Join us for our monthly Supper Club at Scotch & Soda as we gather around locally sourced ingredients, seasonal dishes, thoughtful cocktails, and good company.

Cocktail hour begins at 4P, supper served at 5P.

This month we welcome Matt Jacquinot of Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. Matt brings years of experience in bartending, hospitality, bourbon education, and national whiskey events across the country.

Optional Holladay Bourbon tasting during cocktail hour + cocktail pairing add-on available for $35 per guest. Full cocktail service throughout the evening.
