June 7th marks our final Supper Club of the season, and we’re ending on a high note.
This month, we’re honored to welcome Matt Jacquinot of Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. As National Brand Specialist and National On-Premise Specialist, Matt has represented one of America’s most historic whiskey distilleries at premier events including Tales of the Cocktail and Aspen Food & Wine. With an extensive background in bartending, management, purchasing, and hospitality throughout Kansas City, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge, stories, and bourbon expertise to the table.
The evening begins with cocktail hour and an optional Holladay Bourbon tasting, followed by a five-course dinner from Chef Cheyenne Evans. Guests may also add a curated cocktail pairing experience for $35 per person, with cocktail service available throughout the evening.

• Amuse | Grilled New Zealand Mussel
• First Course | Shrimp, gnocchi, snap peas, tarragon pea cream
• Second Course | Potato croquette, beef tartare
• Third Course | Spring panzanella salad with crab, snap peas, asparagus, cucumber & mozzarella
• Fourth Course | Lamb lollipop, pea purée, potatoes & pearl onion
• Fifth Course | Stone fruit tart
