Chloe has been part of the City Pork family since she was 18, with a brief (and impressive) stint in Santa Monica, CA, where she worked in fine dining under Michelin Star Chef Govind Armstrong. Chloe is a proud LSU grad 🎓 with a Theatre major and Communications minor, she brings creativity, energy, and a passion for people to everything she does.

Her dedication to creating memorable guest experiences and her drive to grow professionally make her the perfect fit for this leadership role. We’re excited to see her continue to shine and grow!✨

Stefan’s restaurant journey began at just 15 years old at Chick-fil-A. Since then, he’s built a strong career in both casual and fine dining — from bartending through college to leading a team as GM at Our Mom’s Restaurant and Bar and most recently with spent 4 years with GoEat Concepts.

With over a decade of experience and a passion for full-service dining, Stefan is bringing fresh energy and leadership to the City Pork Jefferson family. When he’s not at the restaurant, you’ll find him kayaking, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. 🛶
