Proper Twelve Irish Apple just landed on the bar at Don Juan.

Conor McGregor built this one out of the original Irish whiskey and named the brand after Dublin 12, the Crumlin neighborhood he grew up in. This version keeps the triple distilled whiskey underneath and layers in crisp apple, caramel, oak, and browned butter. Smooth enough to sip neat or on ice, easy enough to turn into a round.
