📢Introducing another premium pour from Bar Olo to try for your next sip:

Siete Leguas Añejo is an artisanal, additive-free 100% agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, aged for 24 months in American white oak bourbon barrels.

Well-regarded for its traditional production processes, Siete Leguas is handcrafted in Jalisco using small capacity stone clay ovens, mule-drawn Tahona stone wheel milling, and natural fermentation in open-air tanks followed by double-distillation in copper pots.

The Anejo features cooked agave, soft vanilla, oak, and dried fruit flavors at 40% ABV (80 proof). It is highly regarded by enthusiasts for its rich, smooth, and authentic character.  At rest, its aroma is of red fruits steeped in woody tones from the barrels without losing the aroma of slowly cooked agave. Or try it shaken in your favorite drink, where you'll find it opens up to soft vanilla aromas paired with the light fragrance of dried fruit (raisins), quince, orange, peach and red fruits. Light aromas of chocolate, coffee and maple syrup along with the wood scent infuse from the barrel aging process.
