6% Rustic Farmho Octodecim Ascendant
Josephine is our rustic, expressive farmhouse saison — bright, dry, tart, and layered with soft grain, noble hop character, and classic saison spice. This is a barrel-aged evolution of Madam Edna that we've wanted to create for years, and so different it demanded a new namesake. It has a lively texture and a finish that feels elegant, earthy, refreshing, and gently acidic. It’s inspired by the thoughtful, rustic-yet-refined farmhouse beers that define the modern American saison.

11.5% Maple Wee Heavy aged in Hollerhorn Maple Spirit Barrels
Barrel Aged Heavy Maple, vintage 2025, began as a richly malted Wee Heavy brewed with layers of caramel and depth. Resting in Hollerhorn Old Growth maple barrels, it absorbed warm oak, spirit character, and a deep resonance of maple sweetness. The result is a luxurious ale, blending tradition and indulgence into a seamless, lingering finish.

5.5% Saison with Mango
Our classic wheat beer gets dosed with a heavy helping of mango purée, creating a rich, tropical fruited wheat. It’s soft, juicy, and easy-drinking with a bright mango finish.

7% NEIPA with Cascade, Citra, Chinook, and Centennial
This classic C-hop beer returns to the Eli Fish draft list for the first time since 2018, bringing bright citrus, pine, and old-school IPA nostalgia. It’s hazy, punchy, and built for anyone who misses that throwback hop character.

19.2% Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Octodecim Ascendant pushes our most ambitious stout to an even greater height. After resting in vanilla and bourbon barrels, the beer transferred once more into a Hartman’s Rye barrel—for an additional nine months of aging. Emerging at 19.2%, it carries colossal weight and depth, layering dark chocolate, charred oak, rye spice, and spirit heat into a monumental beer built for only the boldest occasions. Our biggest beer ever.
