When BriarPatch invited us to work with them on a special beer for their 50th anniversary celebration, we focused on ideas core to our shared mission — fresh, local ingredients of the highest quality, presented in a fun and delicious way.

We selected local organic California-grown Admiral Malts for a snappy, wheat-focused base, fermented clean and crisp with bright citrus character. Finally, we infused local blueberries and orange juice to create an ale that tastes like spring in a glass!
