Join Osteria Olio on Tuesday, May 19 for an intimate evening in the Oneta Room for a four-course wine dinner, thoughtfully paired by sommelier Frank Sinkwich.
The night begins with a welcome reception, followed by a seated dinner at 6:30 pm. Each course highlights the season through a modern Italian lens, paired with wines selected to complement and elevate every dish.
The menu features dishes including Granchio Blu, first catch Florida blue crab with sourdough crisp, fresno chili, and breakfast radish, plus Triangole di Mais, a delicate corn-filled pasta with ricotta, heirloom tomato, and cucumber sofrito, and Agnello Estivo braised lamb shank with succotash, mozzarella curd, and mint gremolata.
