Meet Morgan

Morgan Withrow, our Assistant General Manager and one of the familiar faces that has been with Osteria Olio since day one!

When Osteria Olio opened two years ago, she joined us and continued through the ranks-first as a server, then Lead server, and now as our Assistant General Manager.

Her favorite dish is the Fusilli con Salsiccia 🔥 A little heat, a lot of flavor, and a perfect reflection of her striking personality.

When asked what keeps her here, Morgan says the community and culture. From the team she works alongside, to the connections with guests, it’s what makes Osteria Olio more than a restaurant.

Two years, three roles, and countless memories later, we’re proud to have Morgan with us ✨
