Last week in Culinary Arts, our students had the amazing opportunity to consult with two culinary rockstars—Kenny Nguyen, one of *America's Top Chefs*, and Noah Brendell, co-owner of Sea Bear and Pretty Boy. They shared their insights on the students’ planned menus for the upcoming YJ Bistro, set to open to the public later this year!

These local chefs are also excited to offer more feedback during a special "tasting day" later this month. We're so grateful for Kenny and Noah's generosity in sharing their time and expertise with our Culinary Arts students. Big thanks to them for supporting the , , and !
