Sip something good. Do something good.

We’re excited to team up with for our BEE KIND Special — a drink with a little extra sweetness behind it.

BEE KIND Cocktail | $13
Gin, honey ginger, Domaine de Canton, lemon, dandelion bitters + a bee pollen rim.

BEE KIND Mocktail
Honey ginger, fresh lemon + soda — bright, refreshing, and just as sweet.

For every BEE KIND cocktail or mocktail sold, 10% of sales will be donated to the YMI Cultural Center, supporting an important part of Asheville’s community, culture, and history.

Come raise a glass, support local, and help us spread a little kindness — because doing good should taste this sweet.

WHAT’S GROWING IS WHAT’S COOKING.

At Haywood Common, the seasons help write the menu.
Arugula, kale, tomatoes, collards, radishes, beets, Hitachi peppers and more make their way straight from our farm to your plate — harvested fresh and worked into seasonal dishes based on what’s growing at its best right now.
That means the vegetables on your plate can change with the harvest. And we think that’s exactly how it should be.
Growing our own ingredients allows us to serve food that’s incredibly fresh while supporting more sustainable, organic growing practices and a deeper connection between the farm, our kitchen, and your table.

Farm → kitchen → plate. It doesn’t get much fresher than that.

Meet , one of the farms behind the chicken on our menu.
Their commitment to thoughtfully raised poultry and supporting small family farms fits right in with what matters to us : knowing where our ingredients come from, working with growers and producers we trust, and putting better food on the table.

You’ll find Joyce Farms chicken throughout our menu:

Chicken Club, Southern Fried Chicken, Chicken Wings & Chicken + Waffles

From the farms we partner with to the produce we harvest ourselves, every ingredient has a story—and we think that story is worth telling.

Local farms. Local growers. Thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Food that connects us back to where it started.

That’s what farm-to-table means to us.

🍅 It doesn’t get fresher than this.
Grown on our farm. Harvested at peak ripeness. Sliced in our kitchen. Straight onto your plate.
Our heirloom tomatoes are having their moment — incredibly juicy, beautifully ripe, and exactly what summer should taste like.
You’ll find them layered into our Veggie Sandwich, tossed into fresh salads, and featured alongside more of what we’re harvesting right now. 🌱
As the farm changes, so does the menu. Keep an eye out for our seasonal harvest making its way into dishes all summer long.

Fresh tastes different when it starts this close to home.

Much of what lands in our kitchen begins with local harvests—including ingredients grown on our own farm—then gets handed over to our chefs to do what they do best.

Seasonal, local, and made right here in West Asheville.

Come see what’s on the table.

The freshest ingredient is the journey.

Our shish*to peppers don't travel across the country—they travel from our farm to our kitchen, where they're blistered and served with our signature fish sauce Caesar dressing.

That's what farm-to-table means to us: growing with intention, cooking with care, and serving food at its seasonal best.

Come enjoy this harvest while it lasts.

Some stories begin in a kitchen.

Ours begin in the dirt.

Before these vegetables ever reached your plate, they were soaking up mountain sunshine, growing just miles away, and harvested by hands that care as much about quality as we do.

That journey—from the field to our kitchen to your table—is what makes every bite taste like Western North Carolina.

Fresh isn't a trend here. It's simply how we cook.
Come taste what's in season.
