A hot new bombshell has entered the villa 🔥

Meet Verdita, our first-ever high-ABV ginger beer - a bold, herbaceous blend of sweet pineapple, spicy jalapeño, bright lime, earthy cilantro, and fresh mint.

The story behind this release begins with Herbal Revenge, our collaboration with Chemist Spirits. When Hurricane Helene hit in 2024, we had a batch of ginger beer actively fermenting. Without power or access to the brewery, the fermentation continued well beyond our usual process. Rather than let it go to waste, we brought the wild batch to Chemist to see what they could create. They transformed it into Herbal Revenge, an intricate herbal liqueur that quickly became a favorite after its 2025 release.

When Chemist asked us to recreate that unusually high-fermentation base for another batch, we gleefully accepted the challenge. Since then, we’ve been refining the process and exploring what else this stronger ginger beer could become. 👀

That experimentation led us to Verdita: a vibrant, full-flavored ginger beer with a higher ABV than our typical brews (this one comes in at 7.3%) and a flavor profile unlike anything we’ve released before.

Verdita will be available exclusively in the Tasting Room beginning Friday, June 19. Come meet our newest creation - we can’t wait to hear what you think. 🍋‍🟩🌿🍍

Did you know we host a weekly Traditional Music jam hosted by professors and students of Warren Wilson College?

Sit a Spell happens every Friday from 6–8 PM - it's an open jam session celebrating Appalachian music, community connection, and the next generation of musicians. Musicians of all levels are invited to bring an instrument and join the circle, and listeners are just as welcome to grab a ginger beer, settle in, and enjoy the music.

Each week features a rotating genre and host from Warren Wilson College:

🪕 1st Fridays: Bluegrass Session with Korey Brodsky
🎶 2nd Fridays: Old-Time and Songs with Emolyn Liden
🪕 3rd Fridays: Old-Time Session with Clarke Williams
🎶 4th Fridays: Celtic Session with Maura Scanlin

Through this partnership, we donate $100 from each weekly session to the Warren Wilson Music Scholarship Fund, helping support undergraduate student musicians as they continue to grow their craft!

June is Pride Month, and we're excited to once again support our local LGBTQIA+ community through our annual Pride Flights.

This specially curated flight features four colorful, flavor-forward ginger beers that reflect the creativity, vibrancy, and joy that make our community so special!

✨ Throughout the month of June, we'll donate $1 from every Pride Flight sold to Blue Ridge Pride, a local nonprofit dedicated to fostering equity, inclusion, visibility, and celebration for LGBTQIA+ people across WNC.

While Pride Month offers a meaningful opportunity to celebrate and uplift our friends, families, and neighbors, our commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive space extends far beyond a month on a calendar. We believe everyone deserves a life worth living, a place to belong, and a community that celebrates them. 🧡 Our space is a safe place for you.

We’re loading up the van with the good stuff (including Tammy!) and heading to the inaugural Blue Ridge Beer Festival this Saturday!

We’re excited to celebrate the first year of this local festival alongside our friends at Blue Ridge Beer Garden and a whole lineup of incredible breweries, cideries, and beverage makers from around the region.

We’ll be pouring some of our favorite hard ginger beers all day long - and of course there will be a small batch surprise in the lineup, too. 👀

We can’t wait to hang with our Hendersonville friends, soak up a beautiful day of local craft beverages, and celebrate the first year of this event.
