Some things mean more when they’re made by hand.

That’s a big part of who we are at The Pharmacy. We care about the details. We care about craft. We care about work that feels personal, thoughtful, and real. So getting to collaborate with .press | felt like a natural fit from the start.

This design was hand drawn and hand pulled, and that matters to us. It carries the same spirit we try to bring to every drink we serve. Nothing rushed. Nothing generic. Just real work made by real people who give a damn.

We love working with local artists and local businesses because that’s how stronger communities get built. Not by doing everything alone, but by creating with people whose work you believe in.

We’re proud of this one.
And we’re grateful to make cool things with good people. 🖤

Pride Month matters because people matter.
It’s really that simple.

At The Pharmacy, we believe everyone deserves a place to feel welcome, seen, and safe enough to be fully themselves. Celebrating Pride is not about excluding anyone. It’s about making sure our LGBTQ+ neighbors, friends, family, and guests know they belong here too.

And for the folks who ask why this month gets highlighted, the answer is easy: recognizing one group’s story does not take away from anyone else’s. There is plenty of room to honor many people, many histories, and many experiences. We can do both. In fact, we should.

What we won’t make room for is cruelty, disrespect, or small-heartedness. That’s not who we are.

We’ll be releasing a Pride shirt soon, and 10% of shirt sales will go to the Guilford Green Foundation to support their work in our wider community.

Come raise a glass with kindness, with love, and with the belief that community should feel like community for everybody. 🌈

In a world where everything keeps going up, we decided to take something down.

🍏 Broadbent Vinho Verde (Portugal)
Crisp + bright. Lime, green apple, a little spritz. The “one more glass” wine.

🍐 Line 39 Dawn Harvest (Pinot Grigio + Chardonnay)
Clean and easy. Pear + melon up front, soft finish. Perfect with whatever you’re snacking on.

🍑 Dr. Hermann Riesling (Germany)
Peach + citrus, floral lift, fresh minerality. The “I didn’t know I loved Riesling” bottle.

At The Pharmacy, we care about what’s in the glass. We just don’t believe you need to feel intimidated to ask for it.

No gatekeeping. No pretentiousness. No making you feel like you need to know the “right” words. Just bartenders who love what they do, make incredible drinks, and know how to make people feel welcome.

We take the cocktails seriously.

New drop. Same snake. 🐍

The symbol on your back is the Bowl of Hygieia - the international mark of pharmacy for over 200 years.

Hygieia was the Greek goddess of health and the daughter of Asclepius, god of medicine. She fed a sacred serpent from her chalice. The snake stood for healing and renewal (shedding the old, becoming new). The bowl held the remedy.

The Parisian Society of Pharmacy adopted the symbol in 1796. The American Pharmaceutical Association followed in 1964. Today it marks pharmacies across the world — and now, the back of a shirt at a craft cocktail bar in .

Fitting. We mix remedies too. Ours just come in a coupe.
