🍸 We’re a day late on this one, but Jo deserves the spotlight.
Jo has been part of the Four Saints family for a long time, first helping us take the show on the road as part of our offsite team.
Then, when we opened the doors to The Pharmacy, Jo was there from Day One.
And she’s been steady ever since.
Funny. Creative. Hardworking. Dependable. The kind of teammate who jumps in, does what needs to be done, and understands that great hospitality is about a whole lot more than what’s in the glass.
Although, speaking of what’s in the glass…
Ask Jo which Pharmacy cocktails she’s created over the years. There’s a pretty good chance one of your favorites started in her head before it ever landed in your hand.
That creativity is a big part of what makes Jo special. But what we appreciate even more is the person behind it.
She cares about the work.
She cares about her teammates.
And most importantly, she cares about the people sitting on the other side of the bar.
That’s hospitality.
We’ve been incredibly lucky to have Jo along for this ride, from Four Saints offsites to helping build The Pharmacy from its very first day.
So we may have missed the actual date, but we’re not missing the chance to celebrate her.
