5-Course Chef Collaboration Dinner
May 31st, 5pm
100% of proceeds benefitting Free Fridges of AVL
Our first collaboration charity dinner last year was a wild success -- so, we're back for Round 2!
Your $125 ticket is gratuity-and-tax-inclusive and (more importantly) includes 5 courses + beverage pairings prepared by 4 fabulous local chefs:

-- Chef Amber Cate (Private Chef)
-- Chef Dawn Alexander (Crust Never Sleeps Bakery)
--Chef Jill Heaton (Ivory Road)
Beverage pairings will include both wine and cocktails featuring our friends' bourbon from Two Trees Distillery in Fletcher -- and non-alcoholic options are available!
Passed Appetizers & "cocktail" hour will be from 5-6pm. We'll sit at 6pm for the first course.

2- Blueberry, Spiced Almonds, Raddichio, Herbs, Citrus Goat Cheese Vinaigrette by Chefs Amber & Dawn
3- Carrot Ginger Soup with Black Garlic Gougères and Crispy Crunchies by Chef Dawn
4- Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop with Dilly, Zesty White Beans, Peas & Asparagus with Bourbon Jus by Chef Jamie
5- Deconstructed Strawberry Rhubarb Pavlova with Cream Cheese Mousse, Cake Crumbles, and Rhubarb Vanilla Bean Coulis by Chef Amber

The option to sit outside will be entirely weather-dependent. If the weather does not cooperate, anyone who chose an outdoor seating option WILL have an indoor seat reserved! Indoor seating will be at communal tables, with the exception of 2 bar seats and 2 "kitchen counter" seats.
