Tarragon LLC has operated Bent Creek Bistro since 2018.
Our team has been incredibly dedicated and hardworking. Our customers gracious and loyal and kind.
We have all learned so much during our time on the campus of . But our time here is up. Our work here is done.
We will each take these lessons into the next chapters of our lives with grateful hearts and tired feet.

THANK YOU to the folks who helped, supported, and provisioned us in innumerable many ways over the last few years. is proud to include local Mulling Spices in their Mulled Wine this season!

Bent Creek Bistro has always included Mulled Wine as part of their winter menu, but this year it takes on a whole new meaning as it can be sipped while enjoying another Nordic treat, the whimsical creations of Danish artist . His installation “Trolls: A Field Study is on display now through February 17. Learn more at ncarboretum.org/trolls-a-field-study.

Bent Creek Bistro will be offering Mulleld Wine through January 4.

So, plan your visit now! Have lunch at , hunt for Trolls and sip some Mulled Wine.

We love that our courtyard fire pit (aka s'mores land) has become a family tradition for so many! It's a great way to start or finish your troll hunt and winter lights walk! Live music nightly, along with and our full menu of hearty fare and treats plus warming beverages and plenty of places to rest a spell.
