It finally happened: we teamed up with our buds at Underberg to make a one-of-a-kind Spritz! 🙌 A uniquely refreshing combo of Underberg, bubbly water, a little simple syrup, and lime juice to get us ready for NUCLEAAAATE! Or really, mainly for the day AFTER Nucleate...if you catch our drift.

Fun fact: Underberg doesn't keg. Just the mini bottles. And we opened 1,000 of them for this recipe. 🙃

Nucleate ‘24: Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Ecuadorian, Haitian, and Ghanian cacao nibs, Comoros vanilla bean, and Meadowfarm Honey. 16.6% ABV. Made in collaboration with American Solera.

Nucleate ‘25: Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout aged in Balcones, Buffalo Trace, and Jack Daniels Rye Whiskey barrels with Madagascar vanilla, coconut cookies, and cacao nibs. 14.5% ABV. Made in collaboration with Southern Grist.

*Reminder: Nucleate 2026 ticket-holders can begin picking up their bottles starting Wednesday, 6/3!

Votre attention s'il vous plaît: our 2026 Nucleate Stout was brewed in collaboration with Quebec, Canada's Brasserie du Bas-Canada! 🇨🇦⚜️

Inspired by our neighbors to the north, this Imperial Stout was aged for 23 months in High West Barbados Rum barrels, Blanton's Corazón finish barrels, and Two James Rye barrels, then blended with pure Canadian maple syrup and rested on vanilla beans from Comoros, and West Papua. 14% ABV.

With just 10 days ‘til Nucleate 2026, we’re already prepping for Nucleate 2027.

We’re filling these beautiful barrels with Imperial Stout that’ll rest for several months. We’ll continuously monitor the beer along the way to ensure the best blend of barrels, while we figure out a few other things: who we might wanna tap for a collaboration, and what other ingredients we might wanna add. Any suggestions?

If a mango lassi wished it was beer, it’d be Metaform Mango. 🥭🍻

Brewed with Simcoe and Mosaic hops, a touch of milk sugar, then blended with mango purée and rested on vanilla beans. Juicy mango fruit flavor, a silky smooth body, and the perfect balance of tart and sweet. 6.0% ABV.

Ope, got a couple draft-only offerings joining our Memorial Day weekend lineup:

HITASU is back! This sessionable 4.8% Japanese-style Rice Lager is brewed with pilsner malt, rice malt, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Using rice in the mash creates a lighter, drier, and crispier beer.

NEW: BLUR LOGIC! This 7.3% IPA was brewed with Dynaboost Simcoe and dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic, and Cryo Citra. Expect notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and mango.

Available on tap only at both locations starting this Thursday! 🍻

Memorial Day Weekend beer drop alert‼️ Available to HOMES members starting Monday, 5/18 at the Brewpub, and available to everyone else at both locations on Thursday, 5/21.

😎 SHADES IPA [7.3%]: back in time for all the sunshine (it's coming, right?)! Shades IPA is a seasonal fave brewed with Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. Expect flavors and aromas of cantaloupe, lime, and papaya.

🥭 METAFORM MANGO [6.0%]: brewed with Simcoe and Mosaic hops, and a touch of milk sugar, then blended with mango puree and rested on vanilla beans.
