Hundreds of you gathered in our York Yard to celebrate everyone’s best friend, Tommy. We were blown away—but not surprised—by the outpouring of love for someone who meant so much to so many.

Thank you for sharing your stories, smiles, hugs and memories as we said farewell to Tommy York, together as a community. Life—and operating this space—won’t be the same without him, but we know it’s better with good friends by your side.

We promise to keep showing up, keep taking care of each other, and, above all, do our best to “Live Like Tommy.” ❤️

Raising a glass to everyone's best friend tonight.

Wine Down Thursday: Aromatic Reds
September 10 | 6–7:30pm
Sampler: $20/person

Join us for this week’s Wine Down Thursday, a fragrant exploration of three expressive reds that prove delicacy can be deeply satisfying. As late summer shifts toward cooler evenings, these light, aromatic reds offer vibrant fruit, graceful texture, and plenty of character.

Travel from the Alpine freshness of Piedmont to the schist-driven vineyards of Roussillon and the high-elevation granite slopes of Sierra de Gredos. Expect captivating aromatics, balanced finishes, and wines made for good food, lingering conversation, and one more glass.

Featured Wines:

• 2025 Sottimano “Maté”
A strikingly dry expression of Brachetto from Piedmont, transforming the grape’s famously floral character into a refined, savory red. Wild rose, violet, strawberry, raspberry, orange peel, sage, and gentle spice lead to a bright, textured palate with a pleasantly saline edge.
• 2021 Le débit d’ivresse “Amb Amics”
A lively blend of Syrah and Grenache from schist-rooted vineyards in Roussillon. Violet, pepper, juicy strawberry, licorice, and spice come together with bright acidity and stony tension. Native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention preserve its fresh, energetic character.
• 2023 Pegaso “Zeta”
A lifted Garnacha from 60-year-old bush vines planted nearly 3,000 feet above sea level in Sierra de Gredos. Red cherry, cranberry, wild strawberry, lavender, thyme, cracked pepper, and crushed stone meet bright acidity, fine tannins, and a mineral finish.
