Wine Down Thursday: Rosé Sale!
June 4 from 6 to 7:30pm
Sampler: $25/person

Rosé season is here, and we're celebrating in style! Join us for an evening dedicated to four of our absolute favorite rosés — a carefully curated selection that spans the best of California's sun-soaked vineyards to the storied, prestigious wine regions of the Loire Valley in France. Whether you're a devoted rosé enthusiast or just discovering the magic of pink wine, this is an evening not to be missed. And here's the best part — this is a rare opportunity to stock up for the season! We are offering 10% off all rosé bottles purchased at the event, so come ready to sip, discover, and take home your new warm-weather favorites. No need to reserve or buy tickets, just show up with a smile, a thirst for something beautiful, and maybe an extra bag for all the bottles you'll want to bring home! There might even be a surprise fifth rosé for you…

Featured wines:
2025 Matthiasson California Rosé
Provençal in spirit, Californian in character. Pale salmon with aromas of white strawberry, dried herbs, and saline lift. The palate is taut and precise — bright acidity, silky texture, and a clean mineral finish. Serious, restrained, and effortlessly elegant.

2025 Bedrock Ode to Lulu Rosé
A love letter to Bandol, crafted from old-vine Mourvèdre with estate Grenache and Cinsault. Expect a deeper salmon hue, wild strawberry, garrigue, and iron-tinged minerality. The palate delivers structure and grip uncommon in rosé — savory, complex, and built for the table.

2025 M. Plouzeau Chinon Rive Gauche Rosé
Pure Loire Cabernet Franc in rosé form. Pale salmon with aromas of crushed raspberry, white pepper, and chalky minerality. Crisp and bone-dry on the palate with vibrant acidity and a clean, herb-tinged finish. Elegant and refreshingly understated.

2025 Pascal & Nicolas Reverdy Sancerre Rosé Terre de Maimbray
Pinot Noir grown on the famed Kimmeridgian limestone of Sancerre at its most refined. Pale copper-pink with delicate aromas of red currant, rose petal, and flinty minerality. The palate is precise and weightless — electric acidity, silky texture, and a stony, lingering finish.

Wine Down Thursday: Italia!
May 28 from 6–7:30pm
Sampler: $20/person

Join us tonight as we roam across Italy with three fantastic wines that showcase the country’s incredible diversity. From sun-drenched coastlines to misty hillside vineyards, each pour captures a different side of Italy’s rich wine culture. We’ll begin in Faenza with a crisp, mineral-driven Romagna Albana, travel south to Sicily for a vibrant volcanic Rosato, and finish in Piedmont with a velvety, fruit-forward Barbera.

Featured Wines:
• 2024 TreRe Romagna Albana “Arlùs” Secco
Made from 100% Albana grapes harvested in two stages, this wine offers aromas of white peach and jasmine with flavors of apricot, citrus, and almond. Founded in the 1960s in the hills of Faenza, TreRe is now run by the founder’s daughter and grandson. Perfect with seafood risotto or aged pecorino.

• 2025 Calabretta Rosato Terre Siciliane
Founded in 1900 on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Calabretta focuses on indigenous Sicilian varietals. This 100% Nerello Mascalese Rosato is juicy and bright, with notes of red cherry, wild raspberry, and a beautiful volcanic minerality.

• 2023 Moccagatta Barbera d'Alba
A family-run Piedmont estate since the 1800s, Moccagatta is now led by the newest generation with a focus on organic farming. This bold yet elegant Barbera offers aromas of plum and dark cherry with flavors of blackberry, sour cherry, and vanilla. A versatile pairing for everything from fresh pasta to grilled meats.
