Tuesday at The Corral and we're revamping our own Fire Burger

Meet El Gordo Diablo, not for the faint of heart. Double stacked 1/3 lb beef patties topped up with ghost pepper cheese, bacon, onion rings, pickled jalapeños, and our own spicy aoili. Big. Spicy. Sinfully good.

Doors open at NOON today! You asked for it, so we brought it back. 🐟

Last week’s Parmesan-Crusted flat-top cod was such a hit, we made it an official part of the Friday lineup.

Alongside our classic deep-fried favorites, we are serving up flaky, tender cod seared perfectly right on the griddle. Get it with that crispy Parmesan crust, go bold with our Cajun blackening, or keep it classic with Lemon Pepper.

Making a new batch of ribs, due to high demand.
You've shown your love for the dry rub and Sweet Baby Ray BBQ variety.
This week he has two new homemade sauces to try:

For this week's Sunday comfort food, Ma is baking a ham and potato casserole.
Just went in the oven, should be done just after 1:00.
Served with garlic texas toast for a meal that is sure to please.

It's Friday and the start of a beautiful weekend! Get your night started right with dinner and a cold drink at The Corral, featuring our classic Fish Fry with the spotlight on our new Parmesan Crusted Grilled Cod.

The Q & Z Expo Center has Spineshank playing tonight on the Nu Metal Sucks tour, so after the show stop on down by us to tell Matt and Molly what they missed out on tonight! Can't wait to see y'all!

Thursday's Off-Menu Lineup is Ready!

The grill is fired up and we are rolling out the heavy hitters for Thursday. You won't find these on the regular menu, so just tell Matt what you are looking for tonight:

The Prime Rib Patty Melt: A 1/3 lb burger loaded with shaved prime rib, fried onions, Cheddar cheese, and our signature garlic aioli on toasted rye.

The Nut Buster: A 1/3 lb burger topped with thick bacon, pepper jack cheese, peanut butter, and our spicy honey sauce.

The Brat & Bacon Stack: A local favorite piled high with a brat patty, thick bacon, Swiss cheese, and fresh coleslaw.

Wash it all down with an ice-cold Busch Apple, or let us pour you a tall double mixer to kick off the weekend a day early.

Grab a stool, tell Matt what you're craving, and let us handle dinner tonight. See you at the bar!
