Three ways to keep your family well this fall //

Sleep - This is so important, but often overlooked. Our bodies need sleep to rest and repair. Young children should be getting between 10 to 13 hours, older children 8 to 12, and adults a minimum of 7. Look at your families sleep habits and see what areas you all can improve on. The right amount of sleep will make everyone in your family healthy and happier!
