Our Dolcetto is 100% Dolcetto and tastes great in the vineyard. Dolcetto is a black Italian wine grape variety widely grown in the Piedmont region of northwest Italy.

Our Dolcetto grapes came from Dave’s friend Chris James ’ () vineyard in the .

We aged our Dolcetto for 18 months on French & American Oak for tannin integration with subtle oak notes and wine stability.

ABV: 13.6%
