Created by the country’s largest family-owned winery, Offscript is a winemaking incubator designed to give emerging winemakers the freedom to explore bold, unconventional ideas. It continues a mentorship tradition first championed by Julio Gallo more than 60 years ago, creating space for innovation, authenticity, and sustainable craftsmanship.

Each year, a new class of winemakers is selected to push beyond the expected, producing small-batch wines that are distinctive, creative, and made for discovery. Think beyond the usual Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc, these bottles are expressive, unexpected, and meant to be shared over good food, great company, and a little curiosity.

Valentine’s Day, plated like a love letter. 💘✨

Start with endive & radicchio salad—mixed berries, orange, goat cheese, tahini dressing—or Asian tuna tartare with avocado, cucumber, cilantro, and sesame.

Fall hard for poached lobster bucatini with medley tomatoes, asparagus, and lemon-butter herb sauce—or go classic romance with surf & turf: hanger steak + grilled shrimp, celery root potato purée, and baby carrots.

Finish sweet with panna cotta and mixed berry compote… or tiramisu (because some loves are layered).

Come hungry. Leave enchanted.
