Join for this week’s test kitchen special featuring Rappahannock Oyster Co. “Olde Salt” oysters topped with sauteed artichoke hearts, semi-dried tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and celery. Sprinkled with gluten free bread crumbs and oven roasted.

Tonight’s Test Kitchen Tuesday (TKT) is a cod brandade. This is a delicious spread made with cod, cauliflower and three cheeses-raclette, cheddar, and brie du pommier. It is spiced with curry and a dash of cayenne. This is a perfect early Fall starter. It is served with brioche or gluten free crackers on request and it pairs perfectly with this Samuel Louis Smith chardonnay.
