Sticky salmon and rainbow carrots over celery root puree. Topped with fennel, apple, celery root salad tossed in a lemon oil garnished with dill. Paired with Bosinakis Winery “Mantinia” 2025.

Happy Tuesday! Today’s Test Kitchen Tuesday is a Shrimp and Grapefruit Cocktail. It’s our take on an end of summer shrimp appetizer - shrimp cooked in thyme, bay leaf and lemon served with grapefruit wedges and finished with a grapefruit vinaigrette, serrano peppers, fennel fronds, and radish slices.

Tonight we have a few specials from last night’s Beach Bash Dinner! We have several Northern Thai sausage entrees left. It is a cold-smoked spiced sausage and is served with a plum chili jam and coconut rice. We also have miso-glazed pork belly with grilled pineapple and a jalapeño relish. And for Test Kitchen Tuesday we have our first TKT dessert and it’s a real peach! Peach cobbler cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and oat streusel.

It’s Test Kitchen Tuesday again already! Today we have a Cod Brava Brava - a poached and then pan-fried cod entrée with a smoky brava sauce. It comes topped with a cilantro and red onion salad and is served with fregola pasta and espelette pepper.
