At Pak Soii, Asian street flavors meet Japanese soul. Pak Soii" is inspired by the term "Pak Soi"—a memory from my hometown in Thailand, where no matter when you're hungry, you just walk out to the mouth of the alley, and you'll always find a variety of delicious food waiting for you. It's the small shops with the taste of street vendors, the laughter of people, and the warm, familiar atmosphere. I wanted to bring that feeling to life by creating my own Izakaya—a place where Asian street food culture and Japanese influence blend naturally. The food here combines the bold, vibrant flavors of Asia with the delicate, umami-rich elements of Japanese cuisine, making every dish uniquely special.
