Last night, we lost someone who was so much more than a former employee or a regular at Harvest Moon. We lost a friend, a familiar face, and a truly special part of our Moon family.
Chip Cornett was a dedicated Harvest Moon regular, a former member of our team, a go-to handyman who could seemingly fix just about anything, and one hell of a guitar player.
But what we’ll remember most isn’t what he could fix—it’s the people he touched.
Chip had a way of becoming part of the fabric of this place. He was one of those familiar faces you could count on seeing, someone whose presence just belonged here. The kind of person who could walk through the door and immediately feel like home. Whether he was lending a hand, sharing a laugh, or picking up a guitar, Chip had a way of making every moment better.
Harvest Moon won’t feel quite the same without him sitting at the bar, lending a hand, sharing a laugh, playing his guitar, or just being Chip.
To Chip’s family and everyone who loved him, please know that he was loved here, too. He will be deeply missed by the entire Harvest Moon family and by the many people whose lives he made a little brighter.
Thank you for all the laughs, all the memories, all the things you fixed, all the music, and most of all, for being you, Chip.
Raise one for Chip tonight. 🍻
Rest easy, friend. You’ll always have a seat at the Moon. ❤️🌙
We Love You Chip ❤️ — Your Harvest Moon Family
