Accepting applications for bartenders.
Some requirements include but not limited to:
Must know how to count
Verify identification and age requirements of customers
Mix traditional and creative cocktails
Process payment from customers
Clean glasses and bar utensils
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Maintain a good attitude with customers and be respectful.
Multitasking ability: Because bartenders have multiple responsibilities, you’ll need to multitask without struggling. You’ll need to open and close tabs, exchange money, take orders from guests and servers, mix and serve drinks, keep the bar top clean, and engage in attentive conversation with customers.
