It was us. We’re bringing you the 6th installment of our super fun wine tasting sessions, and this one’s ✨️extra special✨️
This time, we’ve got a delicious lineup of honey wines 🍯🍇 by Day Drinkers Collective with the super fun Keola 🤪 from WET WET GOODS taking you through the hard launch of these yummy wines in Singapore - straight from the mountains of Chiang Dao 🏔

Pet Nat:
Using wildflower honey as its base, this is the superstar of our collection. The Pet Nat is bottled while still fermenting and aged for 6 months. This creates a natural, smooth, micro bubble fizz, comparable to champagne. It’s a summer drink, it’s a spring drink and also pairs well with breakfast.
Wildflower Blossom:
We use honey collected from hives that are placed bordering the edges of the forests of Northern Thailand. The bees collect pollen from seasonal flowering plants and trees. The taste and colour changes slightly depending on the season it was collected. This brilliant honey wine tells the story of abundance and captures the essence of terroir.
Rosedelic:
The Rosedelic was an accident, you were most likely an accident too. Anyway, this honey wine uses infused roselle water and wildflower honey. We leave it in the sun, play our old records and it eventually starts fermenting by itself. This is a spontaneous ferment with wild yeasts from Chiang Dao. It’s a beautiful pinkish tone with crisp floral notes, it’s our definition of a natural Rosé.
Longan Blossom:
Our longan honey wine exudes character. It’s bold yet playful. Scents of honey on the nose. Flavours of apricot, red mango and candy banana.
