FRESH HOP FESTIVAL

So nice we’re doing it twice!

Year 4 of the fresh hop festival in the laneway and we’ve pulled out all the stops for this one. We will be hosting more breweries and more beers this year than ever before and stretching it across 2 weekends to make sure we catch as many beers as fresh as possible.

We even have our good mates doing a bespoke menu for the event which is hectic!

So come and join us on the 12th and 19th April for all of the delicious fresh hop goodness and the best noodles in town!

After a technical difficulty which would only happen at this time of year, the Beers of the Year are on tap NOW! All these beers are on the board mostly because of customer feedback we’ve received so we thought it was only right for you to be spoilt for choice this Christmas. Come join us for a pint or take a flagon home for the perfect gift! Shout out to Bugle Session Ale that didn’t make it on the board after said technical difficulty! MERRY CRISIS!

WEDNESDAY from 4.30pm we welcome Scott from showcasing some new and interesting Mount brews, come and join him for a couple of tasters or a Harley’s stout.

THURSDAY from 3pm, we’re frothing to be tapping for the first time in Wellington.

FRIDAY from 3pm, we welcome Kieran from as we launch his collab with Conflux.

💚FRESH HOP SHOWCASE ‘25 💚

For the 3rd year running we’re delighted to bring you the Monkfish ‘One Stop Hop Shop!’

Join us on Sunday April 13th from midday, where for the first time we’ll have seating and tunes in our little adjoining lane way.

We’ve selected breweries from all over the country using a wide variety of fresh hops, across several styles, to show the full range of this year’s fabulous harvest.

Many thanks to all our brewers involved. We can’t wait to tap ‘em!
