Spring has sprung at BREW, and we've got some news from the kitchen! 🌸

New on the Starters menu: Smoked Venison Short Ribs — rich, smoky, and falling-off-the-bone good. Perfect as a first course to get things going… though if your mates ask nicely, we suppose you could share. Don't make any promises though.

And here's a tip from us to you — pair it with a Pink & White Geothermal Gin PINK Gin & Tonic. Trust us, the ribs and the gin are getting along famously. 🍸

We've just launched our Spring menu update, so there's plenty to get excited about. All your old favourites are still here, plus some new faces:

Spring has sprung and our menu just got a delicious tweak. Introducing the Hawaiian Burger: thick-cut grilled pork belly, melted Swiss cheese, creamy corn 'slaw, sweet grilled pineapple, and a kick of chipotle mayo. It's smoky, sweet, and just a little spicy — basically, paradise in a bun.

🍺 Perfect pairing? Grab a pint of the new Croucher Brewing 38 South Pale Ale — fresh, hoppy, and made for Spring afternoons.

Our latest Google review just dropped, and honestly? We're blushing behind the fryer:
"Way above expected level for a gastropub. Salmon and steak were both superb. Local b**rs were more than half decent too! Highly recommended." — PA, 71 Reviews

Fifteen years ago, two thirsty Rotorua lads could barely find a decent pint of their own b**r on tap anywhere in town. So BREW was born from a simple belief: that great b**r deserves a great home.

What followed has been nothing short of extraordinary. An incredible team over the years who've elevated every pint and every plate with passion and care. And our fabulous customers — from near, far, and the ones who still can't pronounce "Croucher" correctly — you're the reason we haven't been tempted to turn this place into a laundromat.

We are two local sons of this city — born here, raised here, serving the b**r and food that Rotorua deserves.

Cheers to 15 years🍻. Come visit us again soon.
