Just a handful of seats remain for our next Harvest Dinner, celebrating Matakana Oysters.

Join us this Wednesday or Thursday evening for a thoughtfully curated menu featuring a snack and three courses. Our newest chef, Ben, has recently joined the TFD kitchen from Amisfield, bringing his own style to a special collaboration with Tom’s exceptional locally grown oysters.

Harvest Dinner #5 | Matakana Oysters

This month we’re celebrating one of our region’s greatest delicacies — oysters from the Mahurangi River, courtesy of local oyster farmer, Tom.

Thoughtfully paired flavours, beautiful local produce, and a menu designed to let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves.
Whether you’re an oyster devotee or simply love discovering the best of what’s grown and harvested close to home, this is a dinner not to miss.

It’s also a chance to support local. Tom and the other oyster farmers have endured a tough few years battling Watercare issues that devastated production. With a resolution finally in sight, there’s never been a better time to get behind the people who grow these incredible oysters.
