Chicken fillet, Pasture Pride egg wash, breaded and fried, frijoles refritos, Schoc Chocolate mole, lime crema, pickled onion, pepperoncini, and shredded lettuce in a Cottage Lane artisan bun, with corn tortilla chips and guacamole.

Named after the milanesa: brought to Mexico by Italian immigrants and gradually Mexicanised. Add a side of fries for $7. See you soon!

Chef and owner Adam Newell demonstrates to the guests a menu celebrating the wild coast and world class cuisine of Cape Palliser.

Each course will be demonstrated live -This three course feast features the very best of the South Wairarapa: start with Cape Palliser poached crayfish ravioli with pāua and watercress beurre blanc. Move to Pirinoa rack of lamb, wilted greens, labne and dukkah. Finish with Meyer lemon posset and vanilla shortbread fingers.

🍷 Carl Fraser, w**emaker and our Sommelier will be there too, sharing stories of some of the oldest vines in Martinborough and the featured Margrain w**es selected for each course.

Your ticket includes Aglio bread to start with w**e, then three demonstrated courses with w**e pairings and sparkling water.
