We are a small award winning brewery located in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay. We started out as a barebones, backyard operation but have recently moved to our new premises in central Hastings, with an onsite tasting room, cellar door and eatery. We like to think of ourselves as your neighbourhood brewery. We've grown a little, but our ethos hasn't changed. We make quality, flavourful beer and do our darnedest to ensure it's served fresh. Enjoy!

It only took 11 years of requests, but we have finally made a hoodie. Online and available through the taproom now. Several sizes have sold out already, but don’t worry. We placed an additional order for more yesterday.

Just a moment for our Sous Chef Leandro (Leo). 🔪

Leo joined our team many moons ago as a young kitchen hand/dishy. He has since developed into a very capable Sous Chef. Watching that journey has been pretty special.

When he’s not in the kitchen you’ll usually find him tinkering with vehicles, sinking balls on the pool table, chasing good music or enjoying a good cold beer. We love his style and the joy and laughter he brings to our team. He’s golden.

Thanks for everything you do, Leo. Just be careful with those knives.

These have been selling very quickly through the taproom. We’ve just added a bunch online. Bold but affectionate.
